    All 20 finalists, five from each category will be invited to display their work at the Mall Gallery, London. Attendees at the exhibition will include national press and key people from the art world. Your work will be displayed in the gallery for 3 days and you will be welcome to view it on display.

    BP Portrait Award: Next Generation

    Inspired by the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the National Portrait Gallery and BP will extend engagement with young people around the BP Portrait Award with new opportunities for learning, inspiration and creativity through portraiture, providing a legacy for the future.

    The ‘Next Generation' project will include an annual Summer School in London during 2010 extending to regional partner venues in 2011 and 2012, and an interactive website which aims to enhance the experience of the BP Portrait Award nationally for all young people, including those who visit the exhibition and the Summer School participants.

    Competition Deadline 31 August - Enter Here The Aesthetica Creative Works Competition is internationally recognised for identifying new artists and writers and bringing them to international attention. Previous finalists have achieved success and recognition with accolades including: writing commissions from Channel 4, selection to represent Australia in the Florence Biennale, exhibitions at DACS (London), John Martin Gallery (London), Flores Fine Art Gallery (New York), inclusion in the International Drawing Competition exhibition (Poland) and the National Geographic International Photographic exhibition. The Aesthetica Creative Works Competition represents the scope of creative activity today, and provides an opportunity for both new and established artists to nurture their reputations on an international scale .

    London International Creative Competition

      BIG NEWS:

    A new cash prize of £2500 has been added to the first annual LICC competition! The finalists in the exhibition will get to choose the prize recipient.

    We are also excited to announce that the exhibition will be hosted by Gallery Yujiro with a collateral event at Alma Enterprises Gallery.

    Due to an overwhelming response from international entrants and the addition of the new cash prize, the deadline for submissions has been extended to September 30.

    EAC Art Awards WELCOME TO EAC OVER 60S ART AWARDS!

    The Art Awards were created in 1995 to celebrate and promote the artistic talents of older people.  This national, annual competition for amateur artists has since gone from strength to strength, attracting thousands of entries from across the UK, and culminating each year in an exhibition of finalists in London.  Art Awards is open to all older people, and EAC works closely with providers of retirement housing, care homes and day centres to encourage the widest possible participation.
